Greater Impact Realty

Sunny was professional and knew just what I was looking for. Since I was on a time frame, we didn't waste looking at houses out of price range or meeting my criteria. Closing was fast and easy and she is here for me even after closing helping to find handyman and lawn care. You won't regret working with her, If I need a Real Estate agent again she is my choice.

Sunny was amazing. Went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and went above and way beyond her duties. Wonderfully professional but still personable and pleasant to be around. We were thrilled to work with her and will not even consider working with anyone but her in the future!!

Sunny was absolutely remarkable! As first time buyers we wanted someone who would advocate for our best interest as we could have rose tinted glasses due to excitement from this major step in our lives. She did just that for us! Every step of the way she was making recommendations without being pushy while educating us on things she has seen being in this line of business ! We would recommend her a million times over!

Sunny went above and beyond helping us buy our 1st house! if I could give more then 5 stars I would. she worked with us and answered all of our questions! Would HIGHLY recommend her!

Sunny was absolutely amazing to work with throughout our first home-buying experience. From the very beginning, she was patient, thorough, and always willing to explain each step of the process so we felt confident and informed. Although Sunny is licensed on the Tennessee side only, she referred us to a Virginia realtor and continued to check in and support us while we were under contract. When that contract fell through, Sunny stepped in and found us another home and kept everything moving forward smoothly and efficiently. She was extremely organized, proactive, and attentive to every detail. During a very difficult personal time for our family, she went above and beyond by staying on top of deadlines, requirements, and items we had not even thought about. Her dedication and professionalism made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and reassuring. Sunny truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. We could not have asked for a better realtor to help us purchase our first home, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, supportive, and dependable.
