ZillowVERIFIEDShawn did such a great job of familiarizing a first time home buyer with all of the important details of the process! What would otherwise be an overwhelming situation felt like a breeze thanks to Shawn and all the help he provided! He made sure to always get me the answers I needed and with great detail, so I could truly understand. He is thoughtful and cares about his clients. I would definitely recommend him to anyone trying to buy their first home, but unsure of where to begin! He was there from start to finish and I am thankful for his assistance.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn was absolutely amazing to work with. His communication is great and the video walk-throughs he sent us were very thorough (we bought out of state). I would absolutely recommend Shawn to anybody looking to buy a house and buy my next house with him, if it's not halfway across the country again

Anytime I would reach out, Shawn would reply quickly and answer any questions that we had. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED When we meet with Shawn he was kind, on time, extremely knowledgeable about areas that we were looking into. He was extremely patient through my lender process and helped me comprehend the other side of a deal because the seller had some issues that were not disclosed or easy to follow. Despite all odds of closing this deal, Shawn, made it happen. We ended up with our dream home under asking price in a tight market. I could not have asked for a better realitor on this deal or a more patient one.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Shawn to represent anyone whether buying or selling. He is very professional and precise and willing to help in whatever way possible. Even when our first offer fell through. He had encouraged us to accept backup offers which we did and Shawn contacted the first backup offer and closed the deal for us.

ZillowVERIFIED This man is an asset to your company! He had patience and knows his stuff! Shawn is a godsend. This was a grueling journey for me because I lost my wife to cancer along the way. I had almost given up hope! I will definitely recommend your agency if anyone else I know is in the market for a new home
