Great Western Realty. INC

Zach has been with me from the beginning, from the purchase of our home to the sale of it for good reason. He gives you the attention deserve as well his communication. We recommend this young man in your real estate journey. Thanks Zachary. Jim & Mary

Zack did an amazing job helping me find my first home. He was very patient with me and was by my side on every step. He held my hand and explained to me the process of buying a home for the first time.

Zach was truly an outstanding real estate agent who went above and beyond our expectations. My husband is in the military and we were located in another state trying to find and buy a house before moving. Zach was timely and patient with us through everything from helping us with virtual tours of multiple prospective properties, to negotiating an offer price with the sellers, to following up with services needed on a VA loan, and trying to keep the entire process on track with us, our lender, title company, selling agent and the sellers. We were so impressed that we would want to purchase our next house with him as well, and we would highly recommend him to everyone.

When other real estate agents wouldnt give us the time of day because we didnt have the budget to purchase an expensive home, Zachary Rivera-Ruiz at Great Western really came through for us as a buyers agent. He always had a positive, can-do attitude despite us having an enormous area in which we were searching, and was very helpful at all times. If youre looking for an awesome agent, Zachs your guy!

Zachary was very helpful and knowledgeable when helping me for a house. Not only did Zach respond in a very fast manner he also helped on the weekends when I had the most time. I would recommend him to others who are interested in buying a house.
