ZillowVERIFIEDZach was truly an outstanding real estate agent who went above and beyond our expectations. My husband is in the military and we were located in another state trying to find and buy a house before moving. Zach was timely and patient with us through everything from helping us with virtual tours of multiple prospective properties, to negotiating an offer price with the sellers, to following up with services needed on a VA loan, and trying to keep the entire process on track with us, our lender, title company, selling agent and the sellers. We were so impressed that we would want to purchase our next house with him as well, and we would highly recommend him to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED When other real estate agents wouldnt give us the time of day because we didnt have the budget to purchase an expensive home, Zachary Rivera-Ruiz at Great Western really came through for us as a buyers agent. He always had a positive, can-do attitude despite us having an enormous area in which we were searching, and was very helpful at all times. If youre looking for an awesome agent, Zachs your guy!
