I have never felt like just another client, and they truly cared about helping me find the perfect home. My favorite part about them is that they donate 10% of their commission every single time to a charity of their clients choosing. Keith and Kinsey are outstanding at what they do and really made a first-time homebuyer feel at ease throughout the entire process. I met Kinsey randomly at an open house after recently moving to Madison and knew immediately that she was the realtor I wanted to work with. She's incredibly knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and flexible. Having never gone through the homebuying process before, I had tons of questions and Kinsey was always happy to answer them. She was able to work around my schedule for showings, paperwork, etc. and even though sometimes I felt like I was being a burden, she was always quick to answer my questions and reassure me that she was happy to help. After submitting several offers on different properties and feeling a bit dejected, Kinsey gave me great advice on how to make my offers more competitive in what seems to be a crazy real estate market. Ultimately, she found my dream property for me, before it even hit the market. She knew exactly what was important to me and worked with me to get an offer accepted.
