ZillowVERIFIED We hit the market at the right time and received multiple offers. Keith and Kinsey advised us on the best way to handle this and make sure we got the most for our house. After accepting the offer the appraisal came back lower then we needed it to. Again, they got to work and dug through numerous other comps in the area (during a time when real estate was just starting to pick up again so they had to dig quite a bit) to show the appraiser and the bank that their number needed to be brought up. In the meantime, they were helping us negotiate on the new house we were buying, which presented its own set of challenges after going through the inspection. But again, they worked with the other realtor and we were able to get everything fixed prior to the closing. I will continue to recommend my family, friends, co-workers, and clients to Keith and Kinsey as they were the key piece of the puzzle in making sure we sold our house and found the next house that fit our needs.Thanks Keith and Kinsey!
