Even the outdoor patios were staged. They looked amazing! All of this beauty was captured in the photos Josephs team created for each listing. By the time they sold, each house had over a thousand views on Zillow. What impressed me most about this experience was Josephs ability to manage his team to deliver on an aggressive schedule. He maximized a great return for all the work his team put into these homes. Within 3 months he had all three homes on the market and sold. Each home had 5 amazing non-contingent offers and sold in less than one week. All three homes sold way above asking (listed at competitive prices), and all closed quickly without any issues.
