ZillowVERIFIED I have known Joseph for many years as he is the primary listing agent for the high end, custom, and exclusive homes in my neighborhood. He always impresses me with his knowledge of the current market conditions and drivers that are in play for each of the homes he is selling. I contacted Joseph when I became the Trustee for 3 rental homes that I needed to sell. These rental homes had been in my family for over 50 years. It was a great experience as he delivered an incredible outcome for me. Joseph is a great communicator and he set expectations up front with me. He offloaded the entire project from me and brought in his A-team to transition these rental homes into amazing starter/retirement homes. His team of contractors, painters, landscapers, and stager are amazing! They repaired and replaced amenities as needed bringing everything up to the current building codes, so each home would pass the inspections. The interior and exterior of each home was painted and beautifully landscaped. They uplifted these homes to become elegant living spaces for the future owners. When each home was finally listed, I was stunned as to how amazing each home looked. The staging was very high end with each room impeccably decorated with thoughtful finishes. Even the outdoor patios were staged. They looked amazing! All of this beauty was captured in the photos Josephs team created for each listing. By the time they sold, each house had over a thousand views on Zillow. What impressed me most about this experience was Josephs ability to manage his team to deliver on an aggressive schedule. He maximized a great return for all the work his team put into these homes. Within 3 months he had all three homes on the market and sold. Each home had 5 amazing non-contingent offers and sold in less than one week. All three homes sold way above asking (listed at competitive prices), and all closed quickly without any issues. Personally, I give Joseph 5+++ stars for his service. He is the ultimate one-stop shop for selling your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Joseph to sell our home was the best decision we could have made. I wish we could give him more than 5 stars. We interviewed multiple agents before deciding to move forward with Joseph and we could not have been more thrilled. He and his team were the ultimate professionals, and yet Joseph remained highly responsive via text and phone aEUR" he replied immediately to address each and every question and need we had. He meticulously handled every single detail when it came to renovating and selling our home. Our family moved out of our home and handed over the keys to his teamaEUR| and they transformed the home into an absolutely stunning property that almost made me want to move back in! On top of that, Josephs marketing efforts, from the exquisite photography to the detailed custom website, were way above our expectations. Our house showed beautifully, thanks to him. Despite being one of the most well-known, distinguished agents in the Fremont area, Joseph took care of the sale of our home as if we were his sole client; I never felt that he was too busy to answer my questions or follow up with me. We could not have been in better hands, honestly. Our family and friends marveled at the way Joseph and his team transformed our home, and we are so thrilled with the final offer that we accepted. Joseph is one of the most hardworking people youll meet; he brings commitment, passion, dedication, and a wealth of knowledge and valuable experience to his work. The entire process was smooth from beginning to end. We feel so grateful knowing that the sale of our first home was handled with so much dedication and care. We cannot thank Joseph enough!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience buying our first single family home with Joseph Sabeh Jr. and Monica Sabeh of Golden Gate Sotheby's realty. Right from the start, Joe was very considerate of our demands and gave us plenty of options available in the market within our budget. Monica was very hands-on about scheduling tours of homes we were interested and both of them were very responsive over text and call. They guided us with the correct offer range and even though a couple of offers didn't turn fruitful in our favor, Joe never lost hope and kept us going! We finally found our dream home in our desired location/neighborhood, floor plan and price range and are very grateful to both Joe and Monica for working hard to make this happen! Highly recommend their services for your home buying journey!

ZillowVERIFIED Joe Sabeh did an incredible job selling our house in Fremont, CA. He and his stellar team comprehensively managed all stages of the selling process, including: overseeing contractors to remodel and perform maintenance on the house, arranging for the required inspections and disclosures, staging and marketing the house (with professional photos and videos), showing the house to prospective buyers, and helping us weigh competing offers. In all of these aspects, Joe and his team are consummate professionals and go above and beyond. We ultimately received multiple offers, and the house sold for substantially more than the asking price. I would overwhelmingly recommend working with Joe Sabeh and his team to sell your house.

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph helped us sell our home above the asking price in a turbulent market. From the first engagement till the closing and beyond, he was transparent, respectful and demonstrated a complete control of the process. His recommendations and management of improvements, pricing and timing of going to market resulted in multiple offers within 48 hours of the open house. He was always available for clarifications & discussions, which helped us tremendously as we were fully remote(out of state) during the process. His office and team members reflect the same qualities - responsive, respectful and trustworthy. Working with Joseph is a partnership where both sides are equally vested and not just a one sided real estate transaction. Highly recommend Joseph and his team!

ZillowVERIFIED I am not a real estate guy, so when it came time to sell my Fremont house of 25 years I was a little overwhelmed by process. Joseph's group was recommended to me by my buying agent at my new place and I'm glad they made the recommendation! Joseph has a whole team of people. My house was 25 years old and needed a remodel. He hooked me up with his designer, contractor, landscaper, painter and a great stager. Together the team was able to get my house in tip-top shape. This was all done while I lived in my new place far away from Fremont. When it hit the market it was excellently presented with professional pictures/drone shots and videos. It sold in two days for a great price. I am happy I used Joseph and if you need to sell a house in Fremont I would recommend him highly.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Joe (Joseph) after nearly a year of an unsuccessful house search, and I am so glad we did. Joe brings immense knowledge and experience in both buying and selling properties, not only in the East Bay but beyond. On top of that, he is an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very beginning, I felt confident that I was in the right hands. Joe took the time to carefully understand my requirements, which were quite challenging due to a limited search area and the need for a relatively larger floor plan. He educated me about the market and began working proactively while keeping me fully informed and engaged throughout the process. Despite his busy schedule, I always felt like I had his undivided attention, regardless of the time or day. Even in this highly competitive market, Joe helped us secure our dream home in a desirable neighborhood of Fremont in a remarkably short time. Without his expertise and dedication, it simply wouldnt have been possible. From the bidding process to the final closing, Joe went above and beyond to ensure everything moved smoothly and efficiently. Joe also has a talented and experienced team that can assist with everything from securing a mortgage to remodeling a home. Thanks to his exceptional support and expertise, we were able to close the deal in record time. Joe truly deserves a full five stars!

ZillowVERIFIED We selected Joeph Sabeh from several realtors we had interviewed to sell our mom and dads home in Fremont, CA. Our experience working with Joseph was excellent from the moment we met him until the close of the sale. We picked Joseph because he specializes in and is knowledgeable about the current real estate market in the Fremont area. He is recognized as one of the top agents in California. We are extremely satisfied having achieved the outcome beyond our expectations of selling their home. We are thankful to Joe and his great team which includes a designer, construction contractor workers, landscapers, professional painter, staging designer, and photographer. They excellently suggested and prepared the house for sale by making remodel improvements to update the look of the house (interior & exterior) and within our budget (50K). The photos, videos, and virtual tour that his photographer took were extremely professional and made for a great first impression on the listing. There were over 1,000 views the very first day. Joseph's staging and marketing of our property were top notch, ensuring that we went into the market with gorgeous media exposure and generating tons of interest. His timing strategy on when to hit the market resulted in selling the day after the open house. He listed the house on Monday and that weekend was the open house. The offer we accepted was 180K+ over the asking price. His commission was very competitive. Thank You Joseph and to your team for making our home selling experience so smooth and rewarding. Right from day one your professionalism and attention to detail stood out. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend you and/or use your outstanding services again!

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph completely exceeded our expectations.... He was extremely professional with a high level of integrity. I would like to say that we had to work with him for a long period of time, but he sold our property so fast that it wasn't the case. He was very familiar with the location and presented us with comparable properties that had recently sold, came up with a selling strategy that was brilliant. And it wouldn't be a complete review unless I gave credit to the whole team that he surrounds himself with, they coordinated so much from pre-inspections, to contractors and staging... a very pleasant experience working with everyone.

Based on these experts suggestions we got our home ready. Joseph got multi-media ready and put our home in the market. Our home had viewing requests within minutes. We are very happy to say that even though it was holiday times, our home was sold over $600k asking price with 27 solid offers within a week. ZillowVERIFIED I am writing to recommend Joseph Sabeh Jr as the premier agent in the Fremont California Mission Hills area. Without a doubt, Joe is the agent we are extremely satisfied having achieved the outcome beyond our expectations of selling our home. Before considering to sell our home, we have received flyers in our mailbox from realtors and selling agents within our area. For some, my wife and I did review the flyers on how each was promoting their services. Some were new names and some were consistently present. What caught our eye, was the sales or listing in order of highest price homes that the agent has sold. We matched the selling price of what we were thinking of, for our homes worth to the agents listing. Of course, the pictures of homes sold and the one-liners of what made the sale were important. Joe caught our eye consistently with his very beautifully designed flyer, the listing of high price homes, and the photos. We then considered the factors of aEURoefamiliar with the areaaEUR?, getting an idea of the marketing strategy for selling, online reviews, and then the interview. We purposely did not disclose our home address for our 1st meeting with Joe, rather meeting in his office. Then Joe checked all our boxes of selling high priced homes, advised us on strategy, and by our 2nd meeting, he had prepared a professionally done summary report of the area sales, photos, and assessment of the value of our home, and discussed our way forward based on our priority of time to sell and price. The best outcome for us, turned out that Joe has had potential buyers very interested in our neighborhood in his client relationship list and when it was the right time, checked with us, whether we would allow a tour. True to his word, Joe is always reliable, keeping us informed, and ultimately connected with a buyer that was serious and without much back and forth, we sold our home. Some sellers want multiple offers but for us, we had a price in mind and the time we want to sell. The experience was excellent, our priorities on how we want to sell and market our home were all met, the outcome is the best that we ever imagined, and always no surprises. Joe and his team are ready to help. It is not one guy, but his team who delivers expertly. A rating of the highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED We have been incredibly impressed with Joe Sabeh since we first met him at an open house in Feb of 2020. We told him that we were planning to sell our property as soon as our other house in San Jose was remodeled. Unfortunately COVID hit and our plans were put on hold until Nov 2020 when the remodel process resumed. With our remodel nearly completed in Aug 2021, we met up with Joe again to discuss selling our property. He laid out a very clear path forward. Simply move our belongings out of the house (which was accomplished expeditiously by his recommended moving company) and prepare the house for sale by making remodeling improvements by his very talented team, which included an amazing staging designer, as well as his team of extremely competent construction contractor workers, landscapers, and professional painters. Shortly after moving our belongings out of the house, Joe's team transformed the house into a beautifully staged home in about three weeks which was incredible! We never thought it could happen that fast, but it did! Upon listing on a Friday evening with an open house that weekend, Joe had numerous inquiries after the weekend showing. Within six days, we had multiple offers well above asking. With Joe's advice, we took the top offer which was $380K over asking! This was way beyond what we were expecting! The offer included a three week closing, we closed in 20 days which was astonishing! We are so extremely impressed with Joe's professionalism throughout a very stressful process. He was always immediately available and responsive to all of our questions and concerns (even while he was on vacation). We were a little concerned as we were getting closer to November as the holidays were coming up but Joe assured us that everything was going to be fine and it was. We are thankful to Joe and his great team! We would highly recommend Joe for all of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently retained Joseph Sabeh to sell our house in Fremont. Our experience working with Joseph has been excellent from the moment we met him until close of the sale. It was clear to us, from our first meeting, that Joseph was a seasoned realtor with a very deep knowledge of the market. Joseph came well prepared with a survey of comparable homes in the area, recommended listing price, and even a prediction of how long it would take to sell the house. He was logical in his recommendations and not at all pressuring us into a course of action that would make us uncomfortable. He recommended updating the look of the home that turned out to be outstanding. Joseph is well connected to interior decorators, building contractors, landscapers, painters, etc. Joseph lined up all the contractors and managed them to perform the work in record time under a very aggressive schedule. Joseph also took care of the staging before the first open house. The entire process was painless for us as Joseph ensured the successful and timely completion of the project. We had one open house weekend from which we obtained a large number of competitive offers in less than a week and our house sale closed smoothly less than 30 days later at a premium of almost 30% over the listing price. We are convinced that Joseph added most of that value and could not be happier with his professionalism, good nature and of course the overall outcome.

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph has done the amazing job on helping us with our house hunting as he did 8 years ago. Mission San Jose is one of the hottest market in the East bay, we have a long checklist with a fixed budget for our dream house. Those conditions made our purchase a challenge to everyone. Joseph and his crew clarified the house features in our mind, kept updating us with local market insights, recommended wonderful houses for us, arranged the tours in weekends and helped us putting down competitive offers. One of the magic that only he has is his family's reputation for operating 30-years of honest business and strong relationships with local residences and businesses. This definitely helped us with our mortgage process. We got extra credit from the senior loan officer for being Joseph's client, our loan can be approved smoothly one week ahead of the schedule. The loan officer even remembers the Rolls Royce in the bank's parking lot and the his father's signature handsome appearance. We wouldn't have been able to get our dream house within 3 months if it wasn't for his help. We will keep our friendship and be his loyal client in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED We started dealing with Joseph since last 9 months. He understood what exactly we wanted and was showing us only home which were meeting our criteria. He is very knowledgable about real estate market in Fremont mission area. In current seller's market it is very important that agent who represents you knows how to close deal with seller's agent. In our situation there were 10+ offers and Joe guided us properly in acquiring our dream home. We will strongly recommend Joseph to help you buy your dream home !!! Thx. Joe !!

ZillowVERIFIED Sabeh worked with us to sell our home in Fremont. In the current market, a strong online presence is critical and he worked hard to create an eye-catching website and photo gallery to showcase our home. In spite of the challenges the coronavirus pandemic has brought to real estate, Sabeh was able to sell our home in a week with escrow closing in three weeks, bringing in a final offer very close to our offering price which was meaningfully above the comparable neighborhood sales. He was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive. He is a go getter and a top professional real estate agent in Fremont.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say anything more about Joseph's professionalism, expertise, courtesy, industry connections and knowledge. Just give him the keys to your car and he will take you on a fully-guided and worry-free journey that promises to be fruitful and rewarding. He managed the sale of my property and within 7 days of listing, it was sold with multiple amazing offers. We used his team to renovate and prep the property for sale, and everybody associated with him and his firm are first-class and a true pleasure to work with. Have no hesitation to have Joseph on your side in any real estate transactions; I know who to call (or refer) anytime I have a buy/sell need in the future - Joseph is the man!

ZillowVERIFIED Inspired by the way he managed the sale of a neighbors home, I contacted Joseph in early October. I wanted to sell my home but there were still some projects that needed to be finished before it could be put on the market. Joseph provided his recommendations regarding which projects would be most beneficial for the sale. He had contractor contacts and helped me coordinate the projects (even down to details of paint color and carpet choice). It was amazing how quickly everything came together. From the beautiful staging Joseph provided, to the photography and marketing materials, everything contributed to give my home a beautifully polished look. I'm so happy I followed all of his recommendations because the house was on the market before the end of October and by November 5th we had an offer $140K over asking! Throughout the entire process he was professional, upbeat, knowledgeable, never pushy, and most notable, exceedingly responsive. Even though I know he must be a busy guy, he always responded promptly to my text questions, morning or night. If youre looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Joseph.

ZillowVERIFIED I know Joe for the last 4 years. He was the sellers agent for the house I purchased. Since then, I was impressed for his knowledge about the local market, his honesty and personalization he offers to his clients. Fast forward four years when I was looking for an agent to help me sell my house, I did not think twice before contacting Joe. He was respectful of my time and offered to help me throughout the long selling process. If you are a First-time buyer or seller and looking for an agent to offer you the most value for the property, you should reach out to Joe. If I am looking for a real estate agent again, Joe will be my first choice.
