Reached out to broker Andrew Zastko about an apartment to request to view it and first tells me he will call me back and will try to get me in. Never got any response from him. No call, no text, and voicemail. He told me aEURoesomeone should reach out to meaEUR? waited a week and when I look up the apartment I see its under contract and never gave me any update. I called back and let him know and there was no apology or nothing. It just felt like a slap in the face. Like I felt like I didnt event exist in his mind. For a broker you would think you would have a better overall experience. As a business owner myself they seem very disorganized. I will not contact again and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
