Gloria Zastko, Realtors

Pete was very active and hands on selling our house. he was always in contact with us on what was going on. I would recommend Pete to anyone looking to sell their home.

Chris was accommodating and persistent during our home buying process. His positive attitude kept us encouraged during our journey. Chriss response time was quick and he always made himself available for questions and conversations. We recommend him to first time and repeat home buyers / sellers.

Reached out to broker Andrew Zastko about an apartment to request to view it and first tells me he will call me back and will try to get me in. Never got any response from him. No call, no text, and voicemail. He told me aEURoesomeone should reach out to meaEUR? waited a week and when I look up the apartment I see its under contract and never gave me any update. I called back and let him know and there was no apology or nothing. It just felt like a slap in the face. Like I felt like I didnt event exist in his mind. For a broker you would think you would have a better overall experience. As a business owner myself they seem very disorganized. I will not contact again and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

It was such a relief having a local expert to help me make the best decision with my property! It was especially important for us to find the right realtor, because we never sold a house before! Pete answered all of our questions, guided us thru the entire process, overcoming all obstacles to closing, and in the end got us a higher price than we thought possible. My family and I can rest easy with such fast and professional service. I highly recommend Pete to anyone thinking of selling their property #youcantbetepete!!

peter was terrific and he made the sale smooth
