I thank the lord that Pete Maimone was a realtor that I was familiar with and had seen his capabilities in selling other real estate in the neighborhood. In today's market anyone and everyone wants to jump on the band wagon and sell your house. But, do they know you or do they really care?, or is it just about the dollar and forgetting the seller. Pete met with my husband and I and really listened to what we were trying to achieve in the sale of the house. What the house meant to us and our concern with who would occupy our space next. My home had a lot of memories and upgrades. I wanted to sell my home to someone who valued the same principles and would love my home as much as I did. Guess what?
