BUYER'S BEWARE ..... GEORGE KHOURY / GK REALTY who was BROKER, SALES AGENT, and OWNER of property that he sold to me failed to disclose major renovations done by himself/contractors without permits. He also walked away from open permits he said he was in the process of taking care of and closing with the Township of Pompano Beach, building inspector will confirm.
