Gilbo Realty LLC

First, let me say, LJ is a fantastic person. We bought and sold a house with LJ as our agent. On the buying side, LJ was very assertive and prompt in setting up showing and looking at houses, and mind that this was the spring and summer of 2021 when things were a bit wild in the real estate market. LJ was quick at writing up offers, which he had to do many times for us, and had great advice on how to make good offers. On the selling side, LJ was also fantastic. LJ gave us great insight into what to fix in our house. The listing he created was flawless and generated a ton of interest. We sold within a day, with a number of very solid offers, far above what I was hoping for. LJ made no grand promises, but delivered great results. I can't recommend this go getter enough.

Lawrence represented my family as first time home buyers. He did an awesome job explaining every step of the process. We truly felt like he cares about the best interest of our family. He was diligent through out the entire experience , and made sure to find the perfect home for our family. He definitely stands out as a real estate agent because he goes above and beyond for his clients. Thank you LJ!

We found Lawrence (L.J.) to be the perfect agent for us! We have listed two houses, one townhome, and bought one house within the past year and L.J. was the agent we chose for all of these transactions. He has always been extremely professional. He answered all our needs. He took great interest in our home and took the time to understand what we were looking for as both sellers and buyers. L.J. made himself available any time we had questions and was very prompt with the correct answers. He gave us wonderful advice and had good insight as to how to direct us toward our goals. We would highly recommend Lawrence Papaleo to anyone looking for a top real estate person!

Lj was a pleasure to work with in every regard. He is extremely professional and offered us expert guidance in this crazy housing market. Very knowledgeable, reliable, always on time, always made time for us. We ended up with just the home we were looking for AND sold our old home quickly and for much more than we anticipated. We recommend him to all our friends and family!
