We found Lawrence (L.J.) to be the perfect agent for us! We have listed two houses, one townhome, and bought one house within the past year and L.J. was the agent we chose for all of these transactions. He has always been extremely professional. First, let me say, LJ is a fantastic person. We bought and sold a house with LJ as our agent. On the buying side, LJ was very assertive and prompt in setting up showing and looking at houses, and mind that this was the spring and summer of 2021 when things were a bit wild in the real estate market. LJ was quick at writing up offers, which he had to do many times for us, and had great advice on how to make good offers. On the selling side, LJ was also fantastic. LJ gave us great insight into what to fix in our house. The listing he created was flawless and generated a ton of interest. We sold within a day, with a number of very solid offers, far above what I was hoping for. LJ made no grand promises, but delivered great results. I can't recommend this go getter enough.

LJ Papaleo is different. Different in a world that desperately needs it. My wife and I were looking for a home around the same time LJ began his career in realty. We were taking a chance on someone who impressed me in conversation when he spoke on what matters to him and what he stands for. He has no ego. He truly wants you to be happy. I never felt forced into buying anything. He was with us every step of the way, making sure we knew what we had to get done. When something did not make sense or feel right, he worked with us to get answers until we felt good about where we were. I honestly believe he cares about someone else's happiness. Anyone can show houses and fight for commissions. LJ was transparent and gave us more than enough information. If we were not content, he was not content. I would refer LJ to any and all who want to be treated as more than a commission, but rather as a person. A person who matters and will continue to matter even after the sale.
