Gecko Realty Inc.

Having worked with other real estate agents over the years I can honestly say Jeff Petch stands out as a true professional in his field. In planning house visits, he was organized in, presenting the pros and cons of each house and area. He was always punctual to meetings and returning phone calls and emails no matter the time of day. His knowledge of the area helped to pinpoint the perfect neighborhood in Avalon that met my needs. Jeffs excellent negotiating skills in this competitive market allowed me to obtain my forever home within my budget. I highly recommend Jeff Petch as an excellent real estate agent.

Jeff was a pro from start to finish. He and his wife came to look at my property, offered helpful and informed advice, and hired a great video/photographer to showcase the house. They put together the listing, and with my approval, posted it. Next day, had three showings; first visit produced an offer that was accepted the next day. We closed with absolutely no issues five short weeks later. He worked with me to let me know the status of every step in the process and was quick to answer any questions and soothe any concerns I might have had. I hadn't bought or sold a home in 30 years, so was not experienced in any of the details but that was no problem with Jeff in the lead. I appreciate all the work he did, keeping me informed and stress-free. A great experience all around! If I could give more stars, I would.

He is simply the very best. I am with a large investment firm and he was recommended by then as their top real estate agent. There is no need to look for anyone else Mr Petch is quite simply the very best. He always returns calls. Goes the extra mile. He has many connections to help us proceed when needed.

When we decided to sell our rental property we made the correct choice to list it with Jeff Petch. He gave valuable advice regarding improvements necessary to help sell our property. He was professional and always available for questions and support. The property sold quickly!

Jeff was an outstanding realtor. His family attitude toward his customers is very commendable in his line of work. Jeff is a caring person with extreme knowledge of Real Estate. His wife Dawn, is extreemly helpful to add to the professional care you will receive when working with this team. I highly recomend using Jeff Petch weather your looking to purchase or sell a home.
