ZillowVERIFIEDHaving worked with other real estate agents over the years I can honestly say Jeff Petch stands out as a true professional in his field. In planning house visits, he was organized in, presenting the pros and cons of each house and area. He was always punctual to meetings and returning phone calls and emails no matter the time of day. His knowledge of the area helped to pinpoint the perfect neighborhood in Avalon that met my needs. Jeffs excellent negotiating skills in this competitive market allowed me to obtain my forever home within my budget. I highly recommend Jeff Petch as an excellent real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was a pro from start to finish. He and his wife came to look at my property, offered helpful and informed advice, and hired a great video/photographer to showcase the house. They put together the listing, and with my approval, posted it. Next day, had three showings; first visit produced an offer that was accepted the next day. We closed with absolutely no issues five short weeks later. He worked with me to let me know the status of every step in the process and was quick to answer any questions and soothe any concerns I might have had. I hadn't bought or sold a home in 30 years, so was not experienced in any of the details but that was no problem with Jeff in the lead. I appreciate all the work he did, keeping me informed and stress-free. A great experience all around! If I could give more stars, I would.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff made the process of selling our home a breeze, he was also very reassuring and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had during the process. Jeff definitely goes above and beyond for his clients. If we were buying or selling a home in the area in the future there would be no doubt in my mind that we would contact Jeff right away.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff and his staff were outstanding. They completed the whole process remotely during these difficult COVID times. I was sold on the house before I ever stepped into the property. His staff videoed the entire place, noted any issues, and pointed out the good points of the place. Since this was a considerable distance from me, I really enjoyed this feature. And they were spot on with their findings. In addition, the entire purchase process was made easier by Jeff and his staff. I would use Jeff for all of my purchases in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Our home buying experience was fantastic. Jeff made sure we were taken care of entirely. We had a few different request such as a pool with large patio area, multiple bedrooms with equal full bathrooms and a one floor house with no stairs. Jeff took his time to show us exactly what we wanted. He hit every check mark on the list of what we wanted. Throughout the purchase process, he constantly let us know about everything going on. I never had to reach out for an update as it was always quickly brought to me. He was completely reliable, he was professional, on time to every appointment we had and made sure we stayed in our budget.I will continue to recommend Jeff to everyone I know who is looking for a home. He made this the most wonderful experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff has listed and sold two houses for us in the last 9 years. Both homes were contracted on the first day they were listed. He also worked with us on the purchase of our latest home in November of 2019. Jeff works tirelessly on your behalf and has a team of resources that helps make him so successful, including his wife Dawn and a professional photographer/videographer to make your home the most presentable it can be for the listing and showings. He does a great job of constant communication throughout the selling and/or purchasing processes. He meets you at your convenience, both in time and location for any questions, signings, etc. His relationship with us and his efforts don't stop after the closing. Jeff and Dawn came by to check on us and the house last month (4 months after we moved in) and brought us a pizza and beverages for dinner. He also helped me just last week, when I asked him to contact the listing agent of our home to get the contractor's name that did the outdoor kitchen so I can contact them about adding to it. He was able to get me that information the next day. Jeff is a true real estate professional and you can't do any better, especially in the west and northwest areas of Orange County.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff Petch is everything you could ask for in a realtor. Jeff opened my eyes to what a realtor who truly cares is all about. I went through several different realtors who did not have a passion like Jeff does. He is the first and only name I recommend to everyone I know now. Jeff is the Best!!

ZillowVERIFIED This was the first house I bought. And at my age, I wanted to be sure it was exactly what I wanted . So Jeff and I went to what seemed like every neighborhood for MONTHS!! I can honestly say I had no idea what I was looking for and he was so kind, patient, and helpful. We drove from Conway to Downtown, from Winter Garden to Winter Park. I just wasn't sure. Then, one day , about 7 months later, my friend and I were driving around and I saw a sign at a home. I called Jeff and he set it up right away. Not only did he help me get the house, he had the best appraiser who turned into my handyman (until he took over another job) and Jeff even referred me to the landscapers and housekeeper the neighbors use . To this day I still use them. 8 years later and I couldn't be happier. I have to admit, wherever I am, if anyone mentions they need a realtor, Jeff Petch is the name I give them!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff went way above and beyond other realtors I have worked with. He has a positive attitude and worked very hard to find exactly what I was looking for. He never gave up or got discouraged when listings didnt meet my expectations. He was willing to show me properties when my schedule allowed not when his did.

ZillowVERIFIED Ive been working with Jeff over the past 5 years. When working with him, I am confident that I'm being taken care of- my wishes are at the forefront of the process every step of the way. Jeff is in high demand but makes you feel like youre not just another transaction. Ive bought and sold multiple homes with Jeff and would recommend his experience and expertise to anyone wanting a trustworthy, knowledgeable friend to assist. Most recently, my home was at risk of being placed back on the market after a less than favorable appraisal. Jeff managed to negotiate an offer at the final moments that met our initial expectations and left both parties happy and excited about our next ventures.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were looking for the perfect house to raise our family in but also take care of my elderly grandparents. We also had a short amount of time to find a home! We had a lot of different needs that a normal family may not have needed. Jeff went above and beyond to help us make sure that every need was meant from a large back yard, first floor master bedroom for my grandparents, a pool with shade, a family friendly and safe neighborhood with decent HOA's, and an additional master bedroom with a nursery close to it. Jeff made everything we needed come to life. I will never use another realtor. I recommend Jeff to every person who is looking to purchase a home. He will work with you relentlessly, never leave you up in the air. He is 100% the best of the best!
