We were referred to Paula Neri by a family friend! She held an informational meeting about an upcoming first time home buyer program that we attended. Her experience and knowledge within the area we were looking to buy in was our driving force in wanting to work with her. Within a week we were comfortably and confidently putting in an offer on our first house! She had a strong relationship with our builders and was able to negotiate a price that was within our budget. I was 5 months pregnant when we started and there was urgency to get us into a house as we are starting to grow our family. She was very timely and consistent with communication.
