Our home had been on the market with another agent previously, and sat for over 2 months. We were not sure what to do and then transitioned to Becke and what a difference it made! She was so helpful with social media marketing, staging, and was so present in the whole process. Once we accepted an offer, the process was so smooth from start to finish and it felt so easy! I highly recommend Becke for anyone buying or selling a home. She knows the market well and works very hard for you!

ZillowVERIFIED Julee is the team to use to sell or buy your property and any other real estate needs. She sold our Penryn property, though I wasn't sure we would do that well since it was an old property - Julee came in with a this place is great and will sell for a good price attitude. It sold in less than a week, and Julee always had our best interest! Julee was able to confidently navigate very well some hiccups from a buyer and resolved that matter. She was very responsive and when I had questions (I had a lot) she was quick to answer. Our property was complex because it was owned by individual owners and a trust. A less experienced realtor may not have been able to keep us within the legal realms. Would highly recommend and we would use her again!
