Marcie Lewis with Jann C. Pitcher Realty was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! She helped me sell my house quickly and efficiently with total professionalism! She knew how much we could list our house for and get people looking and when it came time to negotiate she made sure we got the best deal! Her knowledge of the area really helps and I was just really pleased with the transaction. She quickly responded to questions and was very helpful in her responses. I would highly recommend calling Marcie Lewis for all your realty needs!

Marcie was extremely helpful in helping me sell my home she managed all the showings as I live out of state and she took care of getting necessary repairs done for me. Marcie quickly relayed information to me and with her guidance we were able to close in 9 days without any issues.

I had a great experience working with Marcie. Marcie guided me through the Colorado real estate buying process with great aplomb. I would highly recommend Marcy Lewis to anyone buying real estate in Archuleta County Colorado. Thanks Jeff

Marcie was incredibly knowledgeable about our town (being a local herself) and the current market. She was very kind and easy to work with. Having young kids, it made the process a little more intricate but she was great with our kiddos and was thoughtful in making sure we had the time we needed for showings. She had our house sold within a couple weeks on the market which was way quicker than the average time! I would highly recommend her!

Marcie was an excellent realtor in the purchase of our 2nd home. She helped overcome obstacles that we were faced with in a wooded community. She is exceptional, professional, great negotiator and gives the personal touch. She always had our best interest in mind. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. No one can go wrong if they choose her to represent you.
