We were on our last day of our visit to the area and it was a Saturday. We had talked to other agents during the week and it was the feeling that we werent worthwhile to take up there time when we would tell them what we was looking for and our budget. One person as much as told us it was impossible. Well was he wrong. Kimberly Brown went way out of her way on that Saturday to help and said she didnt see a problem meeting our request. She took time out of her day and made copies of properties in the area she thought would be what we were looking for and I dont mean1or 2 copies I think we come home with 10 or 15 properties to look through. Bottom line is Kimberly not only went out of her way to help us find what we wanted and by the way were now proud owners of a piece of Pagoda Springs Co. thanks to her persistence. She not only helped with our purchase but has stayed in touch with us. She treats you like a friend.
