Marcie was incredibly knowledgeable about our town (being a local herself) and the current market. She was very kind and easy to work with. Having young kids, it made the process a little more intricate but she was great with our kiddos and was thoughtful in making sure we had the time we needed for showings. She had our house sold within a couple weeks on the market which was way quicker than the average time! I would highly recommend her!

My wife and I contacted Marcie to help us sell our vacation condo in Pagosa Springs, CO. We were surprised at the number of viewings she quickly either arranged and/or monitored. We had an offer, near full asking price, within about a week. After minimal negotiation, she provided excellent advice (she was the seller?s agent) on how to negotiate the various pathways needed to finalize the sale. Totally professional, competent, and knowledgeable would be good descriptors. She went above and beyond, as we were from out of town when the closing was to occur. She went by before closing to retrieve a satellite receiver and the internet modem and send them back for us (we are 10 hours away). Above and beyond would be apropos words to use in describing her work. We can wholeheartedly endorse her service for us as sellers and have no doubt that she would be equally diligent for buyers. Should we ever decide to return to this beautiful area, you can bet we would seek her out to be our agent.
