Jonathan did everything he promised he would, and more! I called Jonathan as he was referred to me. Within minutes of speaking with him, I knew he was knowledgeable of the Jacksonville market. I wanted to sell my house and I had moved 3 time zones away. I did not have to travel to Jacksonville and/or worry about the sales process. Jonathan explained the process, then he explained the market, and then send me comps the same day. He coordinated with the property manager and tenants to schedule a walk-thru and before the tenants even moved out, I knew what I needed to do and we got to work immediately. He explained what features will help me sell the house in a competitive buyers market, and not to lower down the sales price. He coordinated with the painter, roofer, pavers guy, gas company and lawn guy to get the house ready for showing. When I thought the house would be on the market for a while because of the summer 2025 buyers market in Jacksonville, Jonathan was positive and had an open house immediately. He negotiated a competitive price for the house. I was skeptical but took his lead and sure enough, we had an offer the same week. My experience with Jonathan was very positive. I was informed, happy and had a strong communication with my agent. The most important thing is I did not have to travel. I was updated throughout the process, via email, phone and text. The closing was scheduled virtually and it took minutes. To summarize, Jonathan is knowledgeable, patient, excellent negotiator, process driven and passionate individual with years of experience which shows. I give him a 10/10.
