Luckily we had Nancy to guide us through it and keep us calm throughout the chaos. In the end, we sold our home with relative ease, bought our dream home, lines up the closings and everything went as smoother as possible. Don?t hesitate and just hire her.

Nancy was fantastic right from the start when we were almost ready to put the house on the market.Initially we were in the area and were able to meet in person- with the right PPE and with social distancing- but we ultimately left the state to go back home and back to work. That made no difference- Nancy coordinated everything remotely and it all got done and the house sold and the closing was effortless on our end. If we had another house to sell in the area, wed certainly use Nancys office again.

As a first time home buyer myself, Andrew was able to assist me in every step of the way for the purchase process. It started with the showings where he was present at everyone of them. He would help me look at the stuff in the properties that I would not notice myself like scratches on walls or floors, bad renovations, problems that might arise later in winter etc... He was also super helpful in the endless questions I had about the properties we saw together. He always replied super fast and if he didnt have the answer, he would always come back to me, after checking with the sellers realtor, with the accurate information making the process easy and less confusing. I would say the best attribute, is the honesty that Andrew has, even when it came down to him losing a sale, he would not let me go ahead with a property that had so many issues and was not move in ready as I requested. Highly recommend Mr. Andrew for just making the whole process just easy and smooth.

Nancy is attentive and responsive. She helped us list and sell our home, and find a new home, in a very short amount of time. Everything went smoothly. Couldn?t have done it without her!
