My husband and I used Allison right before we got married to find and buy our first home. Allison really got know us and quickly learned what we wanted and helped us have the BEST first time home buying experience. When my husband got relocated in 2016 we had to pick up and move quickly. Allison re-listed our home and made it so easy to sell our home from hours away. She sold it fast and went above and beyond to make sure it the best experience. Freedom First and Melinda Johnson are simply a cut above. I can't really compare them to other similar experiences because they are in a league of their own. I first had a great experience with Freedom First in 2017 when they managed a property I was renting out, and they were extremely professional and made a risky adventure safe and profitable. Then Melinda and Freedom First helped me sell my place in Long Beach in 2019 and we got our killer bid (over asking) at the first open house with several backup offers. This month Melinda and the team helped me buy the most amazing place, in Orange County, at a time when buying is especially challenging. Whether it is managing property, buying or selling, whether in LA or OC, I have never seen such a knowledgable, personable, professional, and effective one-stop-shop real estate company...ever. Melinda, Neil, Marc and the rest of the team not only took the stress our of these hugely important financial transactions and decisions, they actually made it fun and exciting especially during the search process and even while experiencing typical setbacks for buyers in a sellers market such as today. I AM SOOOOOOO HAPPY with my new place that words can't even describe.

Marc and Melinda were absolutely on top of their game. Worked around my schedule, my budget, my priorities/wishlist requirements for my perfect match. I thought it would take forever to find with all that I was asking for and Melinda reassured me that it will happen and to be patient. She would set up an efficient appointment schedule to visit the homes every Saturday morning to early afternoon and by the 3rd Saturday after getting my heart broken from falling in love with a home and being over bid well above my budget, the perfect home came along and everything flowed into place; well, I'm sure Marc and Melinda made it feel that way, as they negotiated some details that needed attention and extra bells and whistles were magically taken care of. I have to admit, I miss my weekends with them as it started to feel like a pleasant morning routine with a car filled with healthy snacks, delicious coffee and tea and great conversations. They are so helpful and fun good souls. Both are very knowledgeable in their field and even thought Melinda had some kind of engineering/construction background that she would note every crack and construction detail of attention in every home. A professional experienced team indeed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND HIGHLY HAPPILY SATISFIED with my Lake front and sunsets!!!
