At the time our daughter attended Chapman University, Dan knew the rental market as well as the housing market. We made one trip to the area to see the best three choices and purchased the final house. We bought the house remotely from Seattle. Dan handled the negotiation. We were happy with all aspects of the purchase and even had Dan handle the subsequent sale. We would highly recommend Dan.
