Four Seasosn Realty

As first-time buyers in OBX, we feel very fortunate to have found Max Konstanzer to help guide us through the entire process. Max did a great job showing us homes and helping us understand what to look for in a vacation rental. He is extremely knowledgeable on the various areas and neighborhoods on OBX having grown up there, in addition to understanding how the vacation market works. We had tons of questions which he patiently answered, and was always available by text or phone when we reached out. I also want to compliment Casey Peeler who kept us organized and made sure we were aware of everything we needed to know about the house before closing. Even after we closed Max and Casey have continued to make themselves available for any questions.

Jack was great to work with, from the showings through the contracting and settlement. He followed up multiple times after closing to make sure everything was as we expected. They are a great team and I highly recommend them!

Robert Konstanzer and team were amazing to work with. They truly cared about finding us the perfect home. From the very beginning, Robert listened to our needs, promptly responded to our questions, and provided expert guidance through every step of the buying process. We couldn't be happier with our new home and highly recommend Robert and team for buying or selling a home. They have been in business for several decades and are very well connected with lenders and closing attorneys which helped us tremendously to ensure a smooth process from start to end.

We have worked with Robert and Joann many years and they have always been knowledgeable, given good advice and just all around good friends as well. They have helped us buy and sell several properties. Their office people are always friendly and helpful also.
