I found a house I was interested in on Zillow and was connected to Tim as an agent via Zillow to set up a showing. I had been working with another realtor and, as a first time home buyer, admittedly didnt understand that houses listed in NY are fair game for any realtor, so in Tims defense, I should have gone directly through the agent I had already been working with, but didnt know that I could do that. Tim showed up late to the showing. The realtor who listed the property was there on time to show us the ins and outs of the house and was very friendly, while Tim said barely anything, presumably off-put by the selling realtors presence, despite how helpful he was to us. When Tim messaged later asking me what we thought, I let him know I preferred to work with another agent. He proceeded to scold me via text about how I had wasted his time.
