Joan Hansen is a very genuine, smart, and caring agent. At the beginning, we had a series of conversations that helped her understand the type of home we were looking for. We saw many homes and even put offers on a few. She guided us through the homes to look for common issues so we could make the right choices. She patiently explained every step of the process and answered all of our questions right away. Once we were ready to close, she verbally walked us through the closing process, since the Covid restrictions did not allow her to attend. She helped us deal with the small and big issues that came our way. She are so grateful she was on our side during the purchasing of our home. The best agent!
