ZillowVERIFIED Mario Bilotas provided the best experience I could have imagined when I sold my home! Mario provided great suggestions on areas where I could improve the presentation of the home. He was very knowledgeable of the comps and was spot on as to what the house would sell for. I implemented his suggestions and the house sold in 11 days! He helped in so many ways; from helping in preparing the house and assisted with items that were required for closing on the house. ZillowVERIFIED My family worked with Mario to help my mother sell her condo in Lake Barrington Shores and buy a house in Palatine. We were very pleased with his service. We initially got his name from a senior independent living facility who highly recommended Mario based on his experience with seniors. I'm glad we followed the recommendation. Mario took the time to to explain the process of selling, and walked us through every step of preparing my mother's condo to go on the market. When she started looking for a smaller condo, Mario brought our family to multiple listings, never rushing my mother or pressuring her to make a decision. Overall, using Mario was a very positive experience. He is a very personable realtor who does a great job with seniors. Mario was responsive to our frequent questions, and always made himself available when needed. He patiently dealt with, and communicated with, multiple family members at the same time as we moved my mother into her new home. We trusted his guidance during the selling and buying process. I recommend Mario for both selling and buying a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Mario and his team we're great to work with. Took us around to get a feel for our new home and made sure we were financially ready. Then, they helped us prepare our home for sale. We were nervous that the timing would not work out, but of course it did because everything was very organized. We received an offer on our home and already had sights on a home in Schaumburg. Within a couple of months we closed on the sale, purchased our new home, and it was not as stressful as we thought it would be. Could not have done it without the Four Daughters touch.
