Clay Graber eased our minds of buying a home. He is sure to let you know as soon as there are any changes in the negotiations. We never had to call and ask for updates, he always layed out the process in detail and patiently worked with us to understand things we didn't know. Clay is very good about doing his research to answer any questions you have about quality, pricing or other matters to make sure you get the best bang for your buck. Overall we had no complaints working with him during the process and he has earned our loyalty for future projects.

David Renberg is an exceptional realtor. His communication skills, commitment to excellence, professional knowledge and tools -- and talented staff (the fly-over drone video by Whitney was particularly effective - so were her photos) all contributed to a very positive and successful experience while selling our farm and buying a home in town. His quick responses to requests and thorough approach to tasks built confidence and yielded a greater than expected ROI for our sale. He has a great professional network that assisted us with financing; he is a friend. I strongly recommend him and his firm.

He and his team did a great job of helping me prep the house and they were very upfront and honest about expectations. Working with David Renberg at Foundation Realty was a deeply disappointing experience. Throughout the process, he consistently failed to provide truthful or accurate information, and several key details were misrepresented between parties. His communication created confusion, tension, and ultimately led to the property being under contract for significantly less than what we had already offered aEUR" a completely avoidable outcome. Proper procedures were not followed, important steps were mishandled, and the lack of transparency made the entire experience stressful and unnecessarily complicated. Trust is the foundation of any real estate transaction, and unfortunately, that trust was broken repeatedly. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Foundation Realty or David Renberg to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional representation.
