His communication created confusion, tension, and ultimately led to the property being under contract for significantly less than what we had already offered aEUR" a completely avoidable outcome. Proper procedures were not followed, important steps were mishandled, and the lack of transparency made the entire experience stressful and unnecessarily complicated. Trust is the foundation of any real estate transaction, and unfortunately, that trust was broken repeatedly. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Foundation Realty or David Renberg to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional representation.

His opening pitch was by far the best of the three real estate agents I had on a list to work with. My wife and I felt very comfortable working with David. He was very accommodating, due to the fact that we were living in Louisiana when we started the whole process. Once my wife and I narrowed the list of homes down to our top five, David got right to work to schedule a virtual home tour. Once we decided on a home David's experience and advice were on point as we made our offer and a counter offer, which was accepted. We didn't feel rushed or pushed to make any decisions. David made himself readily available if we had any questions, no matter how big or small and he got all the answers to us in a very timely manner. Things have changed significantly and David did an excellent job of pointing out the important aspects of a neighborhood/area that impact the purchase of a home. I think it important to mention that David first took us around Manhattan before I was certain I had the new job (we were even an hour early because I had the times confused due to the time zone change, but he was gracious and stopped what he was doing to fit us in). That was a risk on his part and I cannot thank him enough for it. It was crucial to know what was available to purchase and what our home options were when making the decision to accept the offer. David did a good job negotiating on our behalf, he knew what was reasonable and ensured we got the best deal possible. David is a true professional, he is not doing this as a part-time job and it shows. He knows where the hotspots are going to be and can help you make the best decision for your situation.
