I lived in the same residence in Newport Beach for forty years. After selling that residence, I started looking around for a new residence in nearby Costa Mea, and very quickly realized that I needed help. A trusted colleague, who lives in Costa Mesa, also realized that I needed help and referred me to Windy Ruffini. The critically-important help that Windy immediately provided was advising me on where in Costa Mesa I should be looking and, more importantly, where I should not be looking. At that point, the hunt for a new home was on and Windy immediately started sending listings to me that she thought were a good fit. After looking at nearly a dozen homes, one caught my eye, but it was taken off the market almost immediately because of a dispute regarding ownership. And that's when Windy stepped in and persuaded the owner to actually accept an offer from me before the dispute was settled in court. Fortunately, the dispute was settled in favor of the owner and, thanks to Windy, I was close to having a new home. The final step in the home-buying process was to persuade the seller to make a multitude of needed repairs that were identified by the home inspector, and Windy took care of that like the experienced pro that she is. Even after I moved into my new home, Windy continues to provide advice and recommendations regarding inevitable loose ends. Thank you Windy.
