Florida Lifestyle Realty

Shannon was great and I highly recommend her. She had a nice calm and patient energy and was not pushy or fake. She answered all our questions and showed us a ton of homes before we picked our forever home. Great to work with.

We worked with Shannon to both buy and sell our home, and honestly, her communication is unlike anything we've experienced with anyone else. From the very first inquiry all the way through closing, we always knew exactly where things stood. What really sets her apart is how well she reads people. She knows when to give you space to think things through, and she knows exactly when to step in with a correction or her honest input. Nothing slips past her, and her attention to detail made a stressful process feel manageable. On top of all that, she has the best personality. It's no surprise her clients end up becoming long-time friends. We can't recommend her enough!

Laura Beard, with Lifestyle Realty, was very easy to work with during the RE home search. I moved from WA State and I had specific items that I was looking for in a home. It took almost 4 months to find the right house. She is truly knowledgeable and was patient and understanding throughout the process, even as we viewed about 30 homes. She was very encouraging that the right house was still out there. She is also very quick at responding to emails, text messages, and phone calls. During the whole process, she kept me updated on a regular basis. I highly recommend Laura as a buyers agent if youre looking in the Melbourne area to purchase a home.
