Karen first made contact with my mother-in-law and was going to help her find a house. Long story short, my wife and I ended up joining in on the adventure with my MIL and now Karen was helping all three of us look for that dream house. She meticulously listened to what each of us felt was important and then took us around to look at some different options. Each time, she listened to what we liked and didn't like and then incorporated that into the next round of house shopping until we found that perfect one. She then guided us through the process of contracting, negotiating, and all of the other steps that must be accomplished before they give you the keys. Karen checked on us during the process to see how we were doing and answered questions, provided information that we didn't even know we needed. An overall outstanding experience!
