I’ve worked with First-time home buyers, Veterans and families relocating to the area. Also, have experience with sellers that are moving up or looking to downsize.

Q: 3. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

A recent transaction I’m fond of involved a family relocating from Alabama due to work. With their young daughter and a tight timeline, they needed a quick solution. I found them a short-term rental, which provided immediate relief. Then, I focused on their long-term needs, ultimately finding them a dream home that exceeded their expectations. Seeing their excitement and knowing I helped make their transition smooth was incredibly rewarding.

Q: 4. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I began my journey in real estate 15 years ago with a focus on property management. This experience allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the industry, from maintaining properties and handling tenant relations to managing finances and ensuring legal compliance. Over the years, I developed a strong passion for helping people find and maintain their homes, which naturally led me to transition into real estate sales.

Shannon has offered excellent services to us. On the 1st day, she waited for us to tour the house late at 7:30 pm. On the 2nd day, she worked hard with us on the offering/negotiating price and found/confirmed the acceptable price by the seller/buyer.
