Chris helped us when we bought our investment property. After a lengthy rehab, we called him and he said he would be happy to be our selling realtor. Happily we were able to secure a buyer and sell the home in a reasonable amount of time. Chris was always there for us to answer any questions and offer his advice to make the selling easier. He even became the contact between the buyers realtor and the buyer to assist in the selling of the furniture.
