ZillowVERIFIEDChris helped us when we bought our investment property. After a lengthy rehab, we called him and he said he would be happy to be our selling realtor. Happily we were able to secure a buyer and sell the home in a reasonable amount of time. Chris was always there for us to answer any questions and offer his advice to make the selling easier. He even became the contact between the buyers realtor and the buyer to assist in the selling of the furniture. Chris was always available for us and was excellent communicating to us any and all information that we needed to know. He always returned calls and texts in a timely fashion. My wife and I were extremely happy with Chris during both the purchase and resale of our property. I would be more than pleased to recommend Chris to anyone who is in the need of a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris was always courteous and stayed on top of all communications very promptly. My purchase was a difficult one with numerous bumps in the road, mainly from the Seller, sellers agent, and financing. Chris kept his cool, never became blaming or overly demanding during difficulties. Chris is a great agent who could become even better, with an increased network and vetting of His referral resources such as financing & inspection persons. I got the home I sought, in the end.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I throughly enjoyed working with Chris Parsons . We would highly recommend Chris for his totally professional manner. He impressed us with his knowledge of the area and the many hours he put into marketing our home. We both felt that Chris went out of his way to solve many problems that we encountered with the home sale. Often, we felt he was like a friend we had known for years. He made us feel we could call him anytime with questions; he would find the answers and get back to us almost immediately. At one time, Chris ended up even putting his housecleaning skills to good use. He also ordered a full kitchen of appliances and made sure they were correctly installed. The front door and molding needed replacing and he arranged to have it completed and also painted. Services provided by Chris went well beyond what we envisioned were needed to get the house sold. It was our pleasure and we were very fortunate to have met Chris. Thank you for giving so much of your time and patience helping us in so many ways. The Hyatts

ZillowVERIFIED I have been working with Chris to find an investment property in the Palm Bay area. Chris has been very diligent in finding properties that might be of interest to me. Since I am unable to view the properties myself, Chris has gone to several homes and inspected them for me, taken videos and provided me more detailed information about the property. He is quick to respond to my calls and my inquiries about properties which I find very refreshing. We have not found the right property yet but I have no doubt that it will happen soon. Chris has been a hard working agent for me and I appreciate all the help he has provided me so far. Update-We finally found a property and closed. I appreciate all the time and effort Chris put into helping me find this property.
