Elliot was fantastic to work with. I used to be a VT resident but had moved out of state and was renting my home until I sold it. Even with me being out of state, he made the process painless. He did the leg work when a fire safety inspection was needed and even coordinated everything with my tenants along with being there to let contractors in as needed.
