Flex Rel

Elliot was very up front with the process of selling my home and responsive throughout; addressing my questions/concerns in a timely manner ....generally same day if not immediately. He clearly outlined the issues I might face (i.e. inspections) as well as costs/potential costs that I might face during the sale. He also appears to have good insight and knowledge of the home sales market (pricing) in Chittenden County area; not just Burlington but also the rural parts of Chittenden County. My Huntington VT home was listed and marketed within 3 weeks of my inital meeting with Elliot (listing photographs were excellent) and under contract within 1 week of hitting the market. The house sold for a slightly higher price than an independant (external to the sale) appraisal I had performed a month earlier. Would recommend Elliot to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Elliot was a true professional through the entire, sometimes stressful, home selling process. He even did legwork AFTER the contract was signed to ensure our escrow was returned. I highly recommend him.

Elliot did a great job guiding us throughout the selling process. He was a steady presence when unexpected items popped up and managed the negotiations thoughtfully. Elliot went out of his way to help resolve a last minute complication even after the closing. I wholeheartedly recommend Elliot for any real estate needs.

Elliott was fabulous to work with. He was personable, detail-oriented, and a solid communicator. Elliott also had a good sense of humor and provided us with guidance along the way.

Elliot was an absolute pleasure to work with. He knows the area very well and easily answered all of our questions throughout the process. We will use him again down the road. You can trust Elliot to give 100% and always provide support (with a great sense of humor).
