He clearly outlined the issues I might face (i.e. inspections) as well as costs/potential costs that I might face during the sale. He also appears to have good insight and knowledge of the home sales market (pricing) in Chittenden County area; not just Burlington but also the rural parts of Chittenden County. My Huntington VT home was listed and marketed within 3 weeks of my inital meeting with Elliot (listing photographs were excellent) and under contract within 1 week of hitting the market. The house sold for a slightly higher price than an independant (external to the sale) appraisal I had performed a month earlier. Would recommend Elliot to anyone wanting to sell their home.
