Kate did an excellent job getting us through the home buying process. Very knowledgeable of every location we considered, she was very communicative the entire time, and really was great to have assisting us every step of the way, from initial touring to post-closing. Would highly recommend Kate to anyone buying in Vermont. She went above and beyond to get us into our home

Kate provided the utmost professionalism and knowledge for my first home buy. She was very easy to work with and enthusiastic about walking me through the process. Kate is familiar with the Real Estate professionals in the area and was helpful in providing recommendations for housing inspectors, water testing, electricians, etc. This made the process of looking for contractors and local businesses easy! Kate is responsive, kind, and helpful - I recommend her if you are in the market for a new home. Thanks again Kate!!!

We worked with Kate for about 4 months, looking at houses in the Addison County area. When our dream house was listed, she helped us put in a competitive offer while having contingencies that kept us protected, like an inspection of the house, radon testing, and quotes for work that may need to be done. She has so much knowledge about real estate and about the area, like where the best general store is nearby, or best swimming holes in the area. She was communicative and great at keeping us in the loop with everything that was going on. This was our first house buying experience, and we are so thankful we had Kate with us for this journey!

Kate sets the bar high for realtors. Throughout the process of both looking and touring homes to the final closing of my home, I could depend on her to respond quickly to any questions and to resolve any concerns. Kate's kindness and patience were greatly appreciated. She quickly understood my specific interests and hopes when searching for a new home. Kate has been a delight to work with. I highly recommend working with her.
