We highly recommend Brian Libby without any reservation if you are looking to buy or sell property in the Burlington / Winooski Vermont areas. We live in Mass. and were helping our son age 26 locate a suitable property that he could afford in the Burlington area after many years of renting property as a student and young professional. Brian was available to us for countless showings and patient with our endless questions. He offered objectivity and knowledge steering us in the direction of the right properties eventually leading us to the purchase of a home that was affordable and appropriate and which we think was the absolute right investment for our son. He advised us appropriately about what we could and should negotiate around with the seller and what we should let go being fair to both the seller and the buyer. He took many calls from us even after the closing when we were interested in finding local contractors. We found him to be professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and patient with us. Buying and selling a home is stressful and time consuming. Brian was amazing right from the start and gave us peace of mind in trusting him throughout the process . He is very knowledgeable when it came to the local real estate market. He was honest and prompt with answers to all of our questions, which at times seemed plentiful! As things came up, he handled them while keeping our best interest in mind, as we both worked full time jobs and couldn't address every small detail. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. When visiting homes in our area, he offered his opinion when necessary but took a step back and let us assess the houses first. He would point out red flags and explain the reasoning behind them so that we became more and more knowledgeable with every house we entered. We could not be happier in our new home.
