ZillowVERIFIED Kate Earley went above and beyond when she helped me sell my house in South Burlington. In getting ready for the sale, Kate gave me excellent advice, and even connected me to an awesome interior painter at very short notice. The house sold quickly and she and her office guided me through all the tasks required prior to the closing. When the buyers had a few concerns during the walk-through, Kate drove up to the property on a cold winter's night to resolve what turned out to be non-issues, which was a huge help since I was out of town. Kate is quite handy, and understands the nuts and bolts of a home. Because of this, she saved me the money it would have cost to hire a professional to come to the home and explain that everything was actually working fine! (This could even have delayed the closing.) Kate was a friendly, supportive advocate throughout the preparation and sales process. She is a great communicator and I recommend her without reservation.

I had spoken with other agents early on in the process who tried to pressure me and tap into a scarcity mindset, but Kate never did that to me.
