Five Star Realty and Management Company INC

Jim was terrific to work with. He definitely went above and beyond with his customer service. Always kept me updated with the latest details, always early to the showings, and provided many great recommendations. I agree with the his other clients: Jim is extremely hard working, trustworthy, responsive, polite and more! Would definitely work with Jim again.

As a first-time homebuyer with limited knowledge of the home-buying process, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Jim. From day one, he was there every step of the way. His calm, patient approach made me feel comfortable asking questions, and I never once felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. I encountered a few challenges during the purchase of my new construction home, and Jim consistently went above and beyond to help. He joined countless phone calls with builders, lenders, and other parties involved, making sure I understood everything and pointing out important details I might have otherwise missed. Buying a home can be overwhelming, and there were definitely times when the amount of information felt like a lot to process. Having Jim in my corner made all the difference. Even after closing, Jim continued to be responsive and supportive. Whenever I had questions, he replied promptly and connected me with the right people to get answers. Throughout this entire experience, I learned so much, and I credit much of that to Jim's guidance and expertise. There are thousands of realtors to choose from, but I will always recommend Jim based on the outstanding experience I had. Home buying can be stressful, but Jim helped ease that stress and was my biggest advocate every step of the way.

Jim is a 5-star realtor and also a 5-star human being. He really listens and cares. He was able to make my non-ideal situation go as smoothly as possible for all parties involved, and very quickly too. He is prompt at responding and good at providing relevant info in an easy-to-understand way. Would recommend him to anyone needing a realtor or help with leasing out a property!

Jim has been incredibly helpful, understanding and patient throughout a difficult move and in spite of our often spotty communication with him. I would highly recommend him to others. He helped us throughout the process of renting out our old home when we moved to another one.

His expertise, kindness and patience was invaluable during a stressful period and he was able to come thru with his strategic approach and sell a lovely home to the next family
