Found several properties that fit our requests, and immediately pursued a unit we had come across. that lead to an offer. That is when her expertise and experience really showed true. Kim was quick to try and resolve several issues with the owner and HOA that bothered us after the home inspection. And thankfully, when they and their agent stonewalled us, she worked tirelessly to see that the deal was cancelled. Great job Kim.
