My husband and I used Randy for the sale of our two homes and the purchase of our new house. My husband's house was listed for upwards of a year before Randy signed on. The second he started working on it, we had more showings than we had the whole year combined! Once that home was sold, we listed my home. Randy is very honest and easily accessible. He works all hours of the day and night to make sure you get the best service. He is not pushy or rude and listens to your concerns. I bugged the heck out of Randy and he always was prompt in answering all of my questions. If there is a problem, he works consistently until it is solved. We have no intentions of using a realtor again since Randy sold us our dream home. We will however recommend him to anyone we knowing that is buying or selling. There is no realtor that works harder than him!

Randy Zakrajsek was a huge disappointment and had to be released from our contract. To our shock he took horrible pictures of my in-law's lake house. We were still cleaning up when he took pictures of black trash bags, toilet rolls on the counter, a kitchen still being used, beds unmade, etc. We trusted him and did not realize these pxs were on the web until the end of summer, the best season to sell lake front homes. Very few potential buyers went through and no other realtors were shown the beach house We lost valuable time. We feel he didnt care and did a very poor job. We found him to be very unprofessional. When we called or emailed him, we either had to wait a week or longer or did not hear from him at all. When he was supposed to do something, he procrastinated or didn't do it at all. Our contract was supposed to be for six months and yet when he emailed it to us electronically it had been changed to 12 months! He claimed his computer did the change. When in fact we sat right there and signed a six month contract. He is unreliable.
