ZillowVERIFIEDUnfortunately, while he was relatively decent of a person, his responsiveness was horrendously sub-par. It took roughly 20 minutes inbetween each message, which is most definitely tolerable, if not preferable, but the one major thing is that he never showed up to the viewing I scheduled. He stated he would be there, and we arrived only about 10 minutes late (which was discussed beforehand as it was a long travel prone to issues) and he already left within that short period of time, or perhaps he didn't show up at all. He ceased communication with me and never responded to me since to explain or discuss anything, and has worked with others instead. Definitely don't recommend if you wish to be treated as an equal.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellence! Very professional, got us more than we asked for. Guided us through the entire process. I would not want anyone else representing me in a real estate deal. He helped with staging our home, so it would be more appealing to prospective buyers. He also made sure we understood each and every step. The same time he was marketing our home, he was helping us find another home in the area we wanted to move to.

Excellent experience. This was the 2nd home I have sold and both of them left me feeling very frustrated and angry at the realtors. Randell was completely different. He sold my home in Brethern Mi for $30,000 over list price. The pictures of the home taken showed it so good I wanted to re-buy it!! I definitely would recommend Randall Zakrajsek.

ZillowVERIFIED We appreciated many things about working with him including ease of setting up viewings when it worked for us, information about the area we were looking at, facilitating the offer process and support for the closing. When a problem came up with getting water and septic information from the seller before closing, Randy just took it upon himself to make it happen. It was going above and beyond his responsibility in the matter. He didn't even complain about tromping around in the snow as we needed to see the entire properties for this vacation home!

ZillowVERIFIED Randy Zakrajsek was a huge disappointment and had to be released from our contract. To our shock he took horrible pictures of my in-law's lake house. We were still cleaning up when he took pictures of black trash bags, toilet rolls on the counter, a kitchen still being used, beds unmade, etc. We trusted him and did not realize these pxs were on the web until the end of summer, the best season to sell lake front homes. Very few potential buyers went through and no other realtors were shown the beach house We lost valuable time. We feel he didnt care and did a very poor job. We found him to be very unprofessional. When we called or emailed him, we either had to wait a week or longer or did not hear from him at all. When he was supposed to do something, he procrastinated or didn't do it at all. Our contract was supposed to be for six months and yet when he emailed it to us electronically it had been changed to 12 months! He claimed his computer did the change. When in fact we sat right there and signed a six month contract. He is unreliable.

ZillowVERIFIED I selected Randall after reviewing his website and reading his selling history. It gave me confidence. I did not know any real estate agent in Manistee so I had to rely on what I read and saw.He was always prompt. I thought his pictures of the house were superb.He knew the right amount to ask and what to counter offer with. He always kept us informed.I like his three items for selling a house - Location, Price, Comfort; instead of only location, location, location or cost, cost, cost.I thought the electronic signature service was really neat and it was very easy to use and it saved a lot of time.He understood and honored our special situation of no showing or selling between sundown Friday to sundown Saturday.I wish I had more houses for Randy to sell for me.
