Felicia was fantastic from the start. She did an excellent job of learning what our preferences were in a home and the amount of land we were seeking too! She didn't waste any of our time going to see houses that didn't fit within our budget or goals. Always responsive to every text and email within a couple of hours if not always sooner. She was very knowledgeable about a lot of the neighborhoods and did a lot of the digging regarding not only the house history, but neighborhood history prior to our arrival to see houses.
