Becky did an outstanding job helping me and my husband in our home buying process. Not only was she able to help us get the house we wanted, she did so in less than six weeks! We knew it might be difficult to find the right home in such a short period of time but she took on the challenge handily. Becky also provided contacts for all of the miscellaneous tasks I would not have known about (home inspection, local residential electrician suggestions, asbestos abatement suggestions, and more). Not only would I recommend Becky to anyone looking for a home, I plan to use her if we ever do move again.

She absolutely put us in the drivers seat, with the focus on supporting us to make the best decision at the right time. She patiently walked us through numerous showings with no pressure to put in an offer or change our approach. When we wanted to put in an offer after attending an open house, Taylor helped us draft and submit it that same day. We got an accepted offer on the first try and couldnt have done it without her guidance. She coached us through the process for asking to cure inspection findings and those were accepted as well. She remained responsive after close when we discovered an issue with electrical work wed asked the seller to cure.
