I had no way of addressing the issues required in order to get the house up to code. Insert Aaron, he stepped in and did things that a real estate agent is not expected to do. Understanding my predicament, he coordinated multiple contractors on my behalf, and maintained a positive line of communication throughout the whole ordeal. The most impressive detail in this story was the fact that the house was selling for 99,000.
