Steve helped us buy a new build. He wasn't required to do much because of the fact that it was a new home in a planned community. However, we did have some problems with our lender as well as the builder that delayed our moving in and extended our time in a hotel by a couple weeks. He did very little fighting on our behalf and hardly ever reached out to us to see how things were going. After we moved in, he sent us a generic card that said "dear homeowner", thank you... He is knowledgeable and mild mannered but a little hands off and impersonal for our experience.
