ZillowVERIFIED Steve helped us buy a new build. He wasn't required to do much because of the fact that it was a new home in a planned community. However, we did have some problems with our lender as well as the builder that delayed our moving in and extended our time in a hotel by a couple weeks. He did very little fighting on our behalf and hardly ever reached out to us to see how things were going. After we moved in, he sent us a generic card that said "dear homeowner", thank you... He is knowledgeable and mild mannered but a little hands off and impersonal for our experience.

When I first met Steve and was curious about the process of selling my house, he instantly started asking me about what my goals were and how much did I ultimately want to sell my house for. There were no cutting corners or settling for less to sell it fast, or none of thataEUR| We already knew that our house was going to be a challenge to sell based on location and our price within the market at the time, and it took us about six months to find a qualified buyeraEUR| but during the entire time we had constant traffic and open house events, and pretty much every single agent that would schedule an appointment knew who Steve was and how much they enjoyed working with him, which is not something you hear from competitors. Not only is he one of the most skilled and connected agents with over 20+ years of experience out there, but his honesty and patience to reach YOUR goals while providing his professional insight along the way is what sets him apart! ZillowVERIFIED Do you need a caring, reliable, knowledgable, trustworthy, hardworking real estate professional that can help you find the home of your dreams and/or help you sell your home quickly? Steve is all of this and more. 5 Stars does not do him justice. Steve helped my husband, my elderly mother-in-law and myself to sell our home within 30 days. He went above and beyond as a matter of fact and coordinated with the lender, the escrow company, and our realtor to make sure the sale of our home and the purchase of another went off smoothly. We had just lost my father-in-law very suddenly and realized we could not maintain the type of mortgage payments we were facing without his part of the contribution. Steve came through for us. He cared about us and understood our needs. The end of the sale is not where Steve leaves you, he was considerate enough to follow-up. Long after after we were securely in our new home Steve came by personally to see how we were doing. Do yourself a HUGE favor....use Steve and recommend him to your friends, I know we do. :)

We were new to the whole thing and were pressed in a sense for a how quickly we wanted to try and find something. The location seemed right and the market seemed to be progressively increasing and we just knew it was now or not for a very long time. Our first meeting with Steve was great. I went in thinking this guy could give me any kind of run around story he wanted and I wouldn't know any better. But Steve went beyond any expectation I could have had for a real estate agent. He listened to what we were interested in and crafted a plan to look at homes that fit our top requirements. Family friendly, good schools, close to specific locations. We would see a home on his listing that looked terrific and he would be completely honest with us in whether or not that fit into our requirements. He did not dissapoint. Classy guy, honest and someone who at the end of the whole process you can think he really gets it and he really gets us.

It was not all Steve's fault that it took the time it took to complete the sell and he was good about communicating with us after we established who was supposed to communicate. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions throughout the process. If he did not know the answer he was able to find out and explain to us in a timely fashion. He was very helpful in regards to understanding that we were not in a position to drive back and forth from his office to sign documents so he set up either doing thing electronically or had someone come to us for the signatures. This may sound small but it was a huge help to us. All in all we would recommend his service to others.

I realize that in this economy it's not the norm by a long shot, but he took all the factors into consideration and priced the home so well that it not only sold within 3 days but we also sold it for a full price offer.
