First Team

As a professional myself, I was extremely impressed with Gloria's experience and personal acumen of the current sales market, her negotiating skills, can-do attitude and delightful personality. She replied to all my phone calls promptly (several times from personal gatherings) and kept me abreast of the transaction process as it transitioned, including making follow-up inqueries to the lender. It is my pleasure to highly recommend Gloria to anyone who appreciates an experienced professional in the real estate market!

AMAZING! So professional, honest, helpful and trustworthy. Adam and his team when above and beyond to make sure you feel at ease with the whole process of selling and buying a home. Adam always answered every call and text whenever I had any questions. Adam provide me exceptional service given 100% of his attention always, I would truly recommend them to all my family and friends! Always willing to go the extra mile.

We would definitely recommend Adam Nelson and the Nelson Realty Group! This was not our first selling of a home, but it was the first time we really felt the agent knew his business. Adam came to the initial meeting with very helpful information and explained his process in a way that definitely showed his expertise in real estate. He was super responsive, as if we were his only client! --friendly and professional. Thanks for helping us sell our house! --S and E Dillon

From start to finish our experience with the Nelson Realty Group was nothing short of flawless. Adam is a seasoned realtor and it shows. He was always one step ahead, very communicative throughout the whole process and easily accessible. We were thrilled to get $25k above asking price too! I couldnt have asked for a more carefree transaction.

We are very delighted to highly recommend Adam Nelson as a realtor! Weve dealt with other agents during the past years. However, after our first real estate transaction with Adam in which he consistently proved his outstanding realtor abilities, we later once again asked him to represent us as our realtor. No more hunting for a good realtor - we finally found the BEST REALTOR - we completely trust his word and work! Due to his high level of commitment, we recently completed our 2nd real estate transaction with Adam which involved selling a house quickly in Temecula. True to form, Adam Nelson repeatedly demonstrated his exceptional ability, knowledge, honesty, level headedness and dedication to us. He worked at his usual high level of efficiency and found a wonderful buyer for our house which sold in a short amount of time at a very good price. Obviously, whether buying or selling, we will definitely continue to work only with him on our future real estate transactions!
