ZillowVERIFIED Finding a great real estate agent and company you can trust is incredibly challenging as the first home my wife and I sold required the firing of several agents prior to meeting Balt, Gloria and Adam, who since have become close friends/family. Their team is amazing and has a genuine interest in the customer's needs while clearly promulgating regulatory and process requirements to ensure the timeline desired is adhered to. The team is extremely knowledgeable with governing requirements and is willing to bat for you on any occasion. Many agents play games, which we almost lost a home we were buying; however, Adam and Gloria spent several days arguing the points which led to our purchase of a dream home in San Diego. As my wife and I have recently transferred overseas with the government we again went directly to Adam, Gloria and Balt. While on average the homes in the area have been on the market far beyond the 30 day mark, our home was in escrow within 4 days and sold within a month. The team manages a tight schedule, knows the buttons to push and has extended networks to ensure business is taken care while ultimately satisfying the buying/selling party. This is the 3rd time we have worked with the team and I have a deeper and more sincere appreciation for their customer-centric services every time we talk. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Adam was extremely thorough, spending a lot of time with us in person, over emails and phone (he's VERY fast in responding to emails and calls). He taught us so many things we would never have thought of, what to watch out for, what to expect, what the market is doing, etc. Adam knows the development of the neighborhoods and how they're emerging, so he can provide great feedback on each part of the city. We became very proactive ourselves and went to open houses every weekend, but this is only after Adam shared his knowledge with us so that we know what to look for. We gave him detailed feedback after each house so he knew what would be a great fit. He was able to help us find the perfect place in 3 months within our price range! He has a complete and thorough knowledge of the real estate market. He was always on top of his game. Not only was he able to negotiate with the sellers to accept our offer, which was under asking price. He also managed to have them pull it off the market moments before they were going to have their first open house! I do not know how he did that? Adam has amazing contacts that can benefit any buyer/seller. His broker was incredible. He basically performed an act of magic when my original loan fell through with my previous broker. Adam was able to help my after my move as well, by providing leads to a roofer, handyman and plumber. His door remains open should I need any other referrals down the road! Adam is very well connected within the community. Adam always replied to any questions I had,, even if they were 'less then pertinent'! Which I admit, were plenty!
