First Colorado Land Office

Julie was an excellent representative for us as a buyer. She consistently responded to all of our inquiries, researched all the pertinent details, and watched out for our interests. We ran into some complexities near closing, and she navigated it brilliantly for us.

Julie helped us navigate a complex selling situation with integrity, wisdom, and patience that paid off. She is highly communicative and accessible, connected to the entire community, and always a pleasure. We are grateful to Julie and the entire staff at 8Z for seeing our home sale through from beginning to end!

I couldn't have asked for a better realtor as a first-time home buyer. Julie is incredibly knowledgeable and made the process far less stressful than I'd anticipated. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with the purchase of our new home. Thank you, Julie!
